Terms And Conditions
Reservation & Payment: A 20 % non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 3 days before the event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 3 days before the event are eligible for a full/partial refund. Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee.
Note: We kindly ask all guests to use the equipment provided responsibly and with care. Any damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges. Your cooperation helps us ensure that the space remains in excellent condition for all users.

- Technical Support: On-Site assistance for set up and technical support available between the hours of 9-5 pm M-F.
